How the Introducer Support team help you and your clients

The Introducer Support team has grown hugely since its inception. Here’s a little bit about what they do, and how they can support you and your clients this year… 

Who is the Introducer Support team? 

The Introducer Support team is responsible for processing the loan applications we receive from our brokers – and aims to do this as quickly as possible so they can support a high number of businesses. The team is managed by Alex Worley, and over the last year has grown to include nine executives – Farzana, Hafsa, Hasana, James, Janakan, Jon, Laura, Neil and Pranav. 

How do they work with brokers and partners? 

Each executive in the team works alongside one of our Business Development Managers (BDMs) with a panel of Introducer relationships, handling applications as a dedicated point of contact from application to payout. Working in this way means the team offers a personal, high-quality service, with a focus on clear communication and speedy responses to enhance your customer relationships.

The team is constantly evolving and, in 2022, they’re excited to work with our faster application process across  loans of all amounts, offering  instant decisions in many cases, and helping to support the ever-growing number of small businesses in the UK.
