How the Business Development Executive team help you and your clients

The BDE team is key to helping all of our smaller brokerages’ applications run smoothly. Here’s an introduction to who they are, and how they can help you with your clients this coming year.

Who is the Business Development Executive team? 

The BDE team is responsible for onboarding our new broker and partner relationships, and managing our existing panels of the smaller brokerages and firms. There are six executives on the team, who focus on providing support for their introducer’s clients throughout every stage of the application process – as well as educating them on company updates and improving application quality. The team is managed by Jessie Northern and includes Lucy Morris, Emi Siemieniako, Phil Thomas, Rhiann O’Grady, Max Daley and Neil Thorne.

How do they work with brokers and partners? 

Each BDE has their own panel of brokers and partners that they work with, while two Introducer Support members help them with the application process itself. 

The team’s goal is to grow our introducer relationships and make sure the volume and quality both remain high. We have a fantastic team who all have excellent Funding Circle knowledge and continue to provide a high quality service to all.

In 2022 we have an exciting year, with the expansion of our instant decisions tool and new propositions for some introducers, so we’re looking forward to another great year of providing funds for your clients.
