Mental health support for UK businesses with Thrive Mental Wellbeing

When our customers told us that the mental health of their employees is an area for focus in their businesses, we listened. 

Our Resilience in Small Business report revealed that 88 per cent of the SMEs we surveyed said that employee wellbeing and mental health is an area for focus in the next 12-18 months. And what’s more, 79 per cent said that they would greatly value external support in this area.

We also found that prioritising staff wellbeing is strongly linked with success, as is putting in specific initiatives to make it happen.
