Events roundup – April 2024

Cheltenham

In March, we were pleased to host a number of valued brokers at this year’s Cheltenham Festival.

Members of the Central regional Broker team were joined by a group of brokers and key representatives from across the business in order to network, celebrate success and strengthen relationships. The backdrop of the horse racing provided plenty of talking points and it was a great opportunity to catch up in an informal atmosphere.

Of the day, Alex Worley, Team Manager for the Central Region said “It was a great opportunity to catch up with a number of our valued relationships. Taking the opportunity to celebrate success, exchange feedback and socialise at the impressive Cheltenham festival.”

International Women’s Day

On Friday 8th of March, our broker Rainstone Money hosted an event in aid of International Women’s Day. Funding Circle was proudly able to sponsor this event. Rachael Raymond and Rhiann O’Grady led a Q&A, which allowed Rachael to speak about her experience as a woman in leadership and share her wisdom with the audience.

The event was aimed at lenders and small businesses. Alongside Funding Circle there were also amazing speakers from across the industry. It was a great day and we networked with some incredible women within the finance space. We left the event feeling empowered and excited to keep working closely with this brokerage in the future.
