At Funding Circle, we’ve always put celebrating the everyday wins at the heart of our culture. Here are some of the recent call outs from Q1. 

Loving the Vibes award – James Sharpe

James contributed in numerous ways to ‘Loving the Vibes’. He’s brought in people from other areas of the business to talk to the team to understand more about what’s going on in the wider Funding Circle world. He’s also gained notoriety across the business for his lunch reviews and also provided the team additional training on interest rates.

Living the Values award – Phil Thomas

Phil truly is an ambassador of Funding Circle. His support-first approach, knowledge and experience across a number of areas has seen him make a material impact over Q1. This impact has contributed to the overall Q1 performance and also boosted the effectiveness of his colleagues. This additional support has been achieved whilst still keeping incredibly high standards in his day-to-day role.

Manager Recognition award – Tom Whitaker 

Tom has consistently shown all the right behaviours and actions of a top performer, not only growing and managing his pipeline to the highest of levels but also assisting in other panels when we have had capacity issues. His general attitude and ability is clear in his methodical approach, service level to his brokers and the high regard his colleagues have towards him.
