Additional information about FlexiPay

You can order your card on our app which is available for download on the Google Play and Apple App stores. You can also order your card by logging in to your online account. Navigate to the 'card' tab, click 'order my card' and enter your address details. Once you have confirmed this, your card will arrive within 10 working days.

Once your card is ordered, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If 10 working days have passed and your card hasn't arrived, feel free to contact our team on 0800 048 2467 to order your replacement. You can also email us at flexipay@fundingcircle.com.

Your card limit and your FlexiPay limit are the same thing, as your card is just one way of spending your line of credit. You can see your total credit balance in real-time within your account. This balance can be used for card transactions, transfers to suppliers, or bill payments.

Once you log in to the app or online account, your credit limit, amount used, and remaining balance are conveniently displayed for easy tracking.

You can only use your card for in-store and online purchases, so you are unable to withdraw cash or request cashback.

If your balance at the end of the month is under £100, it will roll over to the following month.

If you have reached your credit limit, it will be converted once you make your next repayment.

Once you report a card as lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be sent a replacement card.

FlexiPay is a product that comes with a card.

You can make invoice or bill payments online or on the app, and use your card for everyday payments and big-ticket items.

It's free to order and use your card, and there's no charge for simply having it on hand.
